Satoru Yamashita

Satoru Yamashita joined Nikken Sekkei after completing his master's degree in Architecture (Environmental Engineering) at Tokyo University of Science in 1988. As an MEP engineer, he has worked on a wide variety of projects, including airports, manufacturing, R&D, educational, medical and retail facilities. His efforts focus on creating safe, secure, high-quality designs that resonate with clients and reflect their needs. From 2016 he was chiefly in charge of quality management at Nikken Sekkei's Quality Management Group and has been in his current post from 2025. He has also worked as a part-time lecturer at Keio University and at Tokyo University of Science.
