Hotel Project Management That Blends City and Resort Elements
PATINA OSAKA This project marks the first entry into the Japanese market for “Patina,” a lifestyle luxury brand operated by the Capella Hotel Group.
Nikken Sekkei was responsible for project management regarding the hotel’s interior design, coordinating with and supporting decision-making among a diverse range of stakeholders, including the property owner, hotel operator, designers, and contractors. While meeting the brand’s high quality standards and operational requirements, the firm worked to optimize quality, cost, and schedule, thereby contributing to the creation of a high-quality hotel space that embodies the brand’s vision.
