Takeshi Hosokawa

In 1999, he completed his master’s degree at the Graduate School of Engineering at Shibaura Institute of Technology. After working at Altec Architectural Research Institute (led by Tsutomu Abe), he joined Nikken Sekkei in 2008. His specialty is project management for large-scale mixed-use developments.
Focusing primarily on large-scale mixed-use facilities, he has been extensively involved in the design of offices, retail spaces, residential buildings, educational facilities, and renovation projects. Since 2014, he has been responsible for cost management across various projects. Having acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to drive projects forward, he transferred to the newly established Project Management Department in 2020.He aims to bridge the fields of urban planning, architectural design, civil engineering design, and cost management to contribute to the realization of valuable projects and the resolution of client challenges.
I have held my current position since 2026.
Major projects include Iidabashi Grand Bloom, Shibuya Furasu, Azabudai Hills, and the Shinagawa Station “Ekimachi” Integrated Development. He is a First-Class Architect and a Certified Architectural Cost Estimator.
