Park Wellstate Hamadayama

Hamadayama, Sugibnami-ward, located in a quiet residential area just minutes from downtown Tokyo, this facility uses the concept of "integrated garden and building offering a rich lifestyle". Life is centered around a courtyard full of greenery unimaginable from the surrounding residential area. The building volume was kept low to match the neighboring houses, and common areas were placed in the basement. The subterranean area features a landscaped void with a waterfall and a rock face that adds to the enjoyment of the shifting effects of sunlight and the changing seasons.
