Goertek Global R&D Headquarters (Phase 1)

Located in Qingdao, this building serves as the research and development headquarters for Goertek, a Chinese audio equipment manufacturer. It was constructed to achieve the goals of consolidating the company’s global resources, attracting top talent, and promoting sustainable technological innovation.The site is located within the vast Laoshan National Forest Park—a scenic spot renowned for its Taoist culture and popular with tourists—and spans an area of 115,058 m². The facility fronts a major highway leading from the city to Laoshan for 600 meters, offering beautiful views of cherry and apricot orchards.Designed to meet the client’s request for a high-tech campus featuring offices, a research and development center, and manufacturing space, the project’s total area will reach 300,000 m² (upon completion of Phase 2). The goal is to create a building that harmonizes with the rural natural environment while enhancing the enjoyment of its users and the corporate image.
