A sailing ship catching the wind
The DMC Landmark Tower's shape, symbolizing courage and passion, evokes the image of a ship about to set sail. Standing atop a cluster of skyscrapers lining the central axis of Creek Plaza, its smooth, curving form is elegant and sophisticated. This tower, along with the rest of the development, forms part of Dubai's ambitious master plan for an international maritime business hub. The lower floors are adjacent to the central mall, forming an amphitheater-like open space. The 45-story tower, with three underground levels, houses a five-star luxury hotel, serviced apartments, a business center, commercial and recreational facilities, and a 927-space parking garage.
