BRANZ BSD

This is an urban resort-themed high-rise condominium for sale in the new BSD City (Bumi Serpong Damai) near Jakarta. The tower has a square-shaped plan surrounding an atrium, along with a rooftop garden on the lower level, a swimming pool, water features and a playground, all of which provide places for active interaction among residents. The exterior of the tower is comprised mainly of glass curtain walls, while the low-rise exterior is designed with GRC (glass fiber-reinforced concrete) louvers. The beige base color creates a warm, resort-like atmosphere in the city.
