The Seasons Residences (Sunshine Fort Project)

This large-scale retail and residential mixed-use project for BGC (Bonifacio Global City) arrives amid a flourishing Philippines economy. The project is a part of Grand Central Park, a 10ha complex by major local developer Federal Land, which is working in cooperation with Nomura Real Estate and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings. The podium portion of the building is a commercial facility which implements the best of Japanese retail know-how. A 10,000sqm residential common space, thematically based on Japan’s four seasons, occupies the podium roof. Above this sit four high-rise towers with exteriors inspired by the beauty of Japanese tradition, simplicity, and functionality. These house nearly 1,400 apartments fitted with skeleton-infill systems and Japanese residential equipment.
